By taking bookkeeping and tax-related stress off their plate, we give them more freedom to focus on what they do best—serving their customers, growing their business, and building the future they envision.

Our Team
Joel is a CPA and the owner of JC's Bookkeeping and Tax Service. Having owned both a financial advisory firm and a non-medical home care agency, he understands firsthand the financial responsibilities and real-world challenges that come with running a business.
Throughout his career, Joel has been committed to helping, educating, and mentoring clients and colleagues, always keeping their best interests at the center of his work. He brings experience, practical insight, and a genuine desire to help business owners better understand their finances and make confident decisions.
Originally from Illinois, Joel moved to South Carolina in 2025. Outside of work, he enjoys the outdoors, spending time with his three dogs, and traveling. Sometimes that means exploring in his motorhome, and other times enjoying something a little more lavish.
